State Inspection

We currently employ 2 DEEP (Delaware Enhanced Emission Program) certified technicians. The objective of this program is to reduce the level of emissions produced by automobiles that impact our atmosphere. It also provides a good test to see if your vehicle is running at it's highest efficiency. So, if your car doesn't pass the State Enhanced Emissions test, your not getting the best performance from your vehicle.

Scheduling

We normally schedule in advance for most
servicing and repair. Emergencies are handled as promptly as possible. We attempt to allocate time in each day to address our customer's needs. Maybe some day you will be able to plug a cable from your PC into your car and we can diagnose and repair the problem over the Internet. But for now, you will need to schedule an appointment. We do understand and appreciate the inconvenience of not having your vehicle, but we also strongly believe in doing our job efficiently.

"While-U-Wait" Service

We do offer certain services that involve a minimal amount of time on a "While-U-Wait" basis.

Just tell our trained office personnel what your automotive needs are and they will advise you what type of scheduling that requires.

Emergency Services

We recommend an outside towing service which honors AAA member services as well as other towing and road service plans. If you need towing or road service assistance, give us a call and we will direct you in what to do. We also announce this information on our answering machine message for after hours assistance.
